Sandra Schwendener

Sandra Schwendener has been Head of Health & Diversity Management at Helsana since the beginning of 2022. After training as anqualified occupational therapist and working at the Psychiatric University Clinic in Zurich, Sandra Schwendener studied applied psychology with a master's degree. After 5 years as a research assistant in the field of work and health at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland, she joined Helsana in 2016 to work in Occupational Health Management.

While working, she completed her training as a certified specialist in medical Mindfulness Interception® and medical Progressive Muscle Relaxation. It is important to her to work on several levels: promoting healthy leadership and health behaviour and reducing work-related stress.
