Roman Sonderegger

Roman Sonderegger has been CEO of the Helsana Group since January 2021. As a member of the Corporate Executive Board, he was previously responsible for the Finance & Insurance division from May 2017.

Mr Sonderegger has many years of experience in the insurance industry. From 2002 to 2011, he held various management positions at CSS Versicherung AG, most recently as Deputy Group Head of Benefits. He then worked at Assura on behalf of Finma, where he held the positions of CEO and CFO a.i. His most recent position was as Advisory Director at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, where he was responsible for health insurance.
