Dr. med. Katharina Gasser

Dr Katharina Gasser has been General Manager of Roche Pharma Switzerland since September 2022.

Prior to this, she gained extensive management experience in the healthcare industry and over the years held numerous management positions in various pharmaceutical and biotech companies in Switzerland and around the world.

Her professional roots are in medicine: after completing her studies, she gained practical experience in internal medicine and geriatrics and obtained a specialist qualification in pharmaceutical medicine.

In addition to her work at Roche, Katharina Gasser is President of the Zug Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Board of the Zurich Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Market Committee of Interpharma - with a clear focus on health and economic policy issues and on strengthening Switzerland as a business location.
