Cyrill Gyger

Cyrill Gyger is the CEO of QUMEA, transforming patient safety in acute care settings through a sensor- and AI-based early warning system in patient rooms. With a foundation in Computer Science and Engineering, Cyrill’s career has been driven by a deep enthusiasm for sensors, signal processing, and AI. Prior to co-founding QUMEA in 2019, he was instrumental in the growth and success of the sensor technology company Xovis. Cyrill is driven by impact-driven innovation and is committed to identifying not only fast but sustainable growth. In addition to his work at QUMEA, Cyrill actively supports young entrepreneurship through various advisory roles. In June 2024, he had the honor of receiving the Swiss Economic Award, Switzerland's most prestigious award for young entrepreneurs, for QUMEA.
