Christoph Mäder

Christoph Mäder has been Chairman of economiesuisse since 2020. He is a member of the Board of Directors of well-known companies such as Baloise Holding AG, Lonza Group AG and Schindler Holding AG. He is also a member of the Bank Council of the Swiss National Bank (SNB) and sits on various advisory boards.

He grew up in the canton of Aargau, studied at the University of Basel and was subsequently admitted to the bar. Mäder also holds positions of responsibility in non-profit organisations, contributing his extensive network and expertise in various fields.
