Christian Schläpfer

Christian Schläpfer is shaping the logistics networks of the future. As an expert in digital value chains and process optimization, he develops innovative solutions for connected and efficient healthcare logistics.

He served as the overall project manager for SCM and intralogistics in the comprehensive renewal of the University Hospital Zurich (USZ), where he redesigned key supply processes.
