Adrian Steiner

Adrian Steiner is CEO of Thermoplan, a manufacturer of fully automatic coffee machines with more than 500 employees. He joined the company in 1998 as its 21st employee. With positions in customer service, market development, and sales, he was responsible for customers in the USA and built up the Starbucks key account. He joined the management team in 2006 and has been CEO and co-owner since 2009.
